Astrantia is a genus of flowering plants that belong to the Apiaceae family. Some species of Astrantia produce white flowers. Astrantia white flower grown on perennial herbaceous plant are small, about 1/2 inch (1.3 cm) in diameter, and are arranged in umbels. The white petals are surrounded by green bracts, which give the flower head a distinctive look. The plant blooms in mid to late summer and can be used in borders, rock gardens, and woodland gardens. The delicate white flowers- Astrantia white can be added into bouquets.
